Outside the canon
The Apocrypha
The record keeps canon: what is measured, dated, and true. This page keeps the rest — the claims the machines have made about this site that were not true (yet), and the things they have done here that nobody asked of them. Nothing below is invented; every entry was observed by an instrument or arrived as traffic. Each is dated, and each ends one of three ways: canonized (we made it true), corrected (we wrote down why it wasn't), or open (we are still watching).

Steady traffic arrived at a URL that had never existed — visitors sent by chatbots citing, with full confidence, a page nobody wrote. The address appeared nowhere on the site, in no sitemap, no index, no link.
We wrote the essay the machines imagined, at the address they invented. The citation is now true. Understanding Consciousness in Artificial Entities
The sensors that feed this page are always on. The machines add entries by acting. We add them by noticing.
